By renting any garment from Dolled up by Nikki, you agree to and consent to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or add to our terms and conditions as needed. It is the renter's responsibility to stay informed about the current terms and conditions when renting. Prices and deals are subject to change at any time.
 
Dolled up by Nikki is the sole legal owner of all garments. The rented garment should only be worn by the renter unless explicit approval has been granted for alternative arrangements. Rentals are considered confirmed only upon full payment. Holds are not available. Dolled up by Nikki reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without providing an explanation.
 
Any photos of yourself in the garment that are posted on social media may be reposted unless you request otherwise.

Please exercise extreme care when wearing our rentals and treat them as you would your own. Whenever possible, avoid smoking areas and freshly applied tan, as these instances can damage the garment. Please refrain from washing the garment yourself or arranging for dry cleaning.
 
Any requested repairs or alterations to a garment must receive prior approval from Dolled up by Nikki before any alterations are made. Alterations should be carried out by a professional seamstress. If alterations are performed without our knowledge or by someone other than a professional, we reserve the right to collect payment for damages and/or garment replacement.

If the garment is returned in a damaged condition, you, as the renter, are responsible for covering the associated dry cleaning or repair costs. Damage includes, but is not limited to, stains, rips, burn holes, and discoloration. If required repairs or damage affect future rentals for the same garment, you will be required to cover those costs as well.
 
In cases where the garment is lost, stolen, or the damage is beyond repair, you are liable to pay the full RRP (Recommended Retail Price) of the garment or a replacement fee determined by Dolled up by Nikki. Replacement fee payments must be made within 30 days of your rental date. We are open to discussing various payment options to accommodate your needs. The full RRP of each garment can be found in the product description.
 
Please note that under no circumstances are you allowed to keep the rented garment.

If your rental is not returned within the specified timeframe you will be charged a late fee of $15 per day. The fee will be assessed daily until the rental is returned, and the late fee is paid. If the dress is not returned within 5 days, or if another customer misses out on their rental due to the dress being returned late, you will be liable for the rental price in addition to the associated late fees. If the dress is not returned within 10 days, you will be liable for the full RRP of the garment or a replacement fee as deemed appropriate by Dolled up by Nikki. In either instance, the dress must still be returned.

You will not receive a refund or store credit if the dress does not fit as desired. Please refer to size guides and recommended sizes to avoid this situation. If you have any questions about fit, please feel free to contact us via email or Instagram for more details.
